Plan your arrival through Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF), located just minutes from downtown and directly connected to the Kentucky International Convention Center and official conference hotel.

Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is the closest airport to the Louisville Marriott Downtown and the Kentucky International Convention Center. It is located approximately 6–7 miles from downtown Louisville, and the drive typically takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
When to fly in & out
All Attendees
Arrive: Tuesday, May 4
If you are not attending Tuesday meetings or activities, plan to arrive in Louisville Tuesday afternoon or evening. The main conference begins at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, May 5.
Depart: Friday, May 7
Plan to depart Friday so you can attend the Closing Party on Thursday from 6:30–8:30 PM. If you are attending the Friday post-conference workshop, we recommend a flight after 3:00 PM.
Tuesday Meetings & Activities
If you are attending a Tuesday meeting or activity, plan to arrive in time for your scheduled start. Registration opens at 11:00 AM, with meetings and activities beginning as early as 11:00 AM.

Booth set-up is available Tuesday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Wednesday from 8:00–10:00 AM.
