To make your stay convenient and comfortable during the Retail Asset Protection Conference, RILA has secured discounted room blocks at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. All reservations must be made using the hotel booking link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Reservations cannot be made through RILA directly, and we do not post booking links publicly to protect attendees from unauthorized housing solicitations.

Booking details and access to the discounted rate will be shared in your confirmation email once available. Availability will be limited, so we encourage attendees to book early when reservations open.

All conference programming takes place at the Kentucky International Convention Center in downtown Louisville, including general sessions, workshops, Expo programming, and on-site registration. With official hotels just steps away and a highly walkable downtown, everything you need is right outside the door.

RILA does not work with any third parties for hotel reservations, and no company should be contacting you to solicit hotel reservations. Should you be contacted by any third party housing companies, please note that they are not affiliated, authorized or recommended by RILA. Many are known to engage in fraudulent practices. If you are contacted, please contact us right away, and do not make reservations through these companies. All hotel reservations should be made by you directly with the hotel, through the hotel reservation link provided on your conference registration confirmation email.
