Official Conference Hotels
To make your stay convenient and comfortable during the 2026 Retail Asset Protection Conference, RILA has secured discounted room blocks at two hotels located near the Phoenix Convention Center. All reservations must be made using the hotel booking link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Reservations cannot be made through RILA directly, and we do not post booking links publicly to protect attendees from unauthorized housing solicitations.

RILA Rates
Preferred rates of $289/night are available at both official conference hotels within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center. Rates expire March 27 and are subject to availability after this date.
Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel
Distance to Convention Center: 0.3 miles (8 min walk)
A centrally located, full-service hotel with comfortable accommodations and easy access to dining, nightlife, and the conference.

All conference programming will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center – South Building in downtown Phoenix, including general sessions, workshops, Expo programming, and on-site registration.

Should you be contacted by any third party housing companies, please note that they are not affiliated, authorized or recommended by RILA. Many are known to engage in fraudulent practices.
