Company/Group pricing is only available to retailer and/or consumer product manufacturer member companies. Seats may only be used by employees of the company and must register using their work email address.
No partial refunds will be provided for group packages (e.g., unused seats are not eligible for a refund). Cancellations and refunds for the group packages is available until March 4 without penalty. Group packages canceled between March 5 and April 15 are subject to an administration fee equal to $150 per cancelled attendee. No refunds will be provided group registration cancellations requested after April 15. Registrations may be transfered until the start of the conference.

Registration Cancellation PolicyAll refund requests must be in writing. Send us an email at Amanda.Shapiro@rila.org to request a refund. Cancellation requests received will be subject to the following deadlines:
- Cancellation requests received by Friday, March 4, 2022 will receive a full refund
- Cancellation requests received between Saturday, March 5, and Friday, April 15, 2022 will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
- After April 15, registrations will not be refunded but may be transferred to another employee of your company until the first day of the conference.
As always, please contact RILA should you wish to discuss any extenuating circumstances that may prevent your attendance at the conference.
To qualify as a retail attendee, an individual attendee must be an employee of a retail company (not engaged as a consultant, contractor, or agent thereof). A retail company is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling its inventory of consumer products directly to end consumers.
CONSUMER PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS
To qualify as a consumer product manufacturer attendee, an individual must be an employee of a consumer product manufacturer (not engaged as a consultant, contractor, or agent thereof). A consumer product manufacturer is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling consumer products that it manufactures to sell to end consumers or for resale to retailers to sell to end consumers. Companies that sell products to retailers for use in the business (e.g. security cameras, POS systems, or other products intended for use in the store, DC, HQ, or other locations) do not qualify as consumer product manufacturers for RILA purposes.
Service providers are the companies that provide goods or services to the retail industry for use by the company, their stores, or their distribution centers. Individuals from service supplier companies must contract (as either an exhibitor or sponsor) in order to attend a RILA Event.
EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS NOTE
Due to enhanced health and safety measures, we cannot offer any registrations outside of your contracted allotment. You will only be able to utilize the registrations that come with your package, so please be mindful of that when registering your team.

If you already have a RILA account, but can't remember your password, simple click request a new password. You will need a RILA log-in account to register. You can create a log-in account once registration has opened.. You will need to use the your corporate email address when creating the account. Please refrain from using other email addresses, including personal accounts.

The online registration system works best with the most recent stable version of the Chrome browser. The online registration system also supports the most recent stable versions of Firefox, Safari (version 5 and up), and Opera.
