Registration Eligibility

To qualify as a retail attendee, an individual attendee must be an employee of a retail company (not engaged as a consultant, contractor, or agent thereof). A retail company is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling its inventory of consumer products directly to end consumers.

To qualify as a consumer product manufacturer attendee, an individual must be an employee of a consumer product manufacturer (not engaged as a consultant, contractor, or agent thereof). A consumer product manufacturer is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling consumer products that it manufactures  to sell to end consumers or for resale to retailers to sell to end consumers. Companies that sell products to retailers for use in the business (e.g. security cameras, POS systems, or other products intended for use in the store, DC, HQ, or other locations) do not qualify as consumer product manufacturers for RILA purposes.

Service providers are the companies that provide goods or services to the retail industry for use by the company, their stores, or their distribution centers. Individuals from service supplier companies must contract (as either an exhibitor or sponsor) in order to attend a RILA Event.

Due to enhanced health and safety measures, we cannot offer any registrations outside of your contracted allotment. You will only be able to utilize the registrations that come with your package, so please be mindful of that when registering your team.


Registration Confirmations

All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via email.

Registration Cancellation Policy

RILA understands that 2020 and 2021 have been unprecedentedly challenging for the retail industry. We are eager to see all of our retailers and solution providers in person but want everyone to feel confident in their decisions to register for the event. As a result, we have modified our transfer and cancellation policies for this conference.
All refund requests must be in writing. Send us an email at to request a refund. Cancellation requests received will be subject to the following deadlines:
  • Cancellation requests received by Friday, July 30, 11:59pm E.T. (18 days before the conference) will receive a full refund
  • Cancellation requests received between Saturday, July 31, and Friday, August 13, 11:59 pm E.T. (4 days before the conference) will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.
  • After August 13, registrations will not be refunded but may be transferred to another employee of your company until the first day of the conference.
You can transfer your registration online. Visit the conference registration portal and log-in with your account. Once you are logged-in, you should see "Manage Registration". From there, you may request a cancellation or transfer your registration to anyone from your company. Email for help.
As always, please contact RILA should you wish to discuss any extenuating circumstances that may prevent your attendance at the conference.

To get started, click the "Register Now!" button in the banner above. A RILA log-in is required for online registration. New and returning attendees, please note the following information regarding logins.

Returning Attendees
If you already have a RILA account, but can't remember your password, simple click request a new password. If an account for you exists in our system, we will send you a link to create a new password. However, if we cannot find an existing account for you, you will not receive a reset password email. Please create a new account or contact Annie Buckalew for help. 

First-Time Attendees
You will need a RILA log-in account to register. You can create a log-in account once registration has opened.. You will need to use the your corporate email address when creating the account. Please refrain from using other email addresses, including personal accounts. 

System Requirements for Online Registration
The online registration system works best with the most recent stable version of the Chrome browser. The online registration system also supports the most recent stable versions of Firefox, Safari (version 5 and up), and Opera. Internet explorer is not recommended, as the system will only work with Version 10 and up. Please email with questions.
