Corey began his journey with L.L.Bean in 2002 as part of the retail field organization in locations of increasing complexity and volume ultimately leading L.L.Bean’s Flagship Campus in Freeport for 6 years. In 2015 Corey joined the corporate team and has held roles of increasing responsibility across strategy, store operations and channel leadership helping to shape and accelerate the company’s retail growth strategy. As Vice President for Supply Chain, Jess Dankert spearheads RILA's supply chain initiatives and annual LINK Retail Supply Chain Conference and plays a key role in helping inform RILA's policy position in key areas like infrastructure, transportation, labor, and more. She has over 17 years of experience in supply chain strategy and operations, in both the private and public sector including Ford Motor Company, Accenture, and the U.S. Government, and currently serves on the board of the Coalition for Responsible Transportation. Diana Mueller is a Senior Account Executive with KPI Solutions (KPI), a leading supply chain consulting, software, systems integration, and automation provider. In this role, Diana partners with clients to understand their distribution objectives and enable value-based strategic initiatives that support growth and build operational resilience. Erin Callahan is the Vice President of Sales, eCommerce/Retail for FedEx, a $88+ billion global provider of transportation, logistics, e-commerce and digital business solutions. Kevin Kuntz is the Sr. Vice President, Logistics & Operations at Gap Inc., leading global logistics operations for all of Gap Inc's Customer Experience Centers, as well as it its Customer Contact Centers and Returns.  With a heavy focus on accelerating automation and transformation, Kevin oversees global processing, fulfillment, Returns processing and distribution across the company's entire omni channel network. During his 38 year career with Gap Inc., Kevin has executed end to end start-up operations to launch, expand and transform distribution centers internationally, including consulting on location and architectual design, onboarding and implementing automation capabilities, artifical intelligence and machine learning software, and driving efficiencies for materials handling and inventory management.  Driving significant Cost reductions in the fulfillment of both retail and on-line orders while improving speed and accuracy for the Customer. Maryjane (Mj) is an accomplished leader with years of experience in logistics and retail operations.  In 2020, she joined Mattress Firm from XPO, where she held the position of Executive Director of Supply Chain.  Mj has years of experience in both domestic and international logistics.  She created the global supply network for Bed Bath & Beyond.  She popularized the use of Edi for production and shipment tracking while employed at Li & Fung. Customers of Li&Fung can now purchase the model that she and her team at Li&Fung improved. Mj has developed her skills in home delivery and the last mile over the past 20 years by working with organizations like Raymour&Flanagan, Ashley Furniture HomeStore, and others.  In her present capacity, Mj has worked alongside her team to provide an exceptional, distinctive delivery. Kraig Foreman is President of eCommerce for DHL Supply Chain in North America, where he leads strategy development and implementation aimed at helping customers remove barriers to profitable e-commerce growth by minimizing complexity, removing capacity constraints and maximizing service.

With over 30 years of professional experience in the transportation and distribution industries, Tony started out his career in the LTL Transportation business and spent nearly 20 years in the Home Improvement sector. His responsibilities were in Omni Channel Business Development & Strategy, DC Network & Building Design, and numerous roles in Operations Management & Execution. Tony has been with Carhartt for the past 8 years and is responsible for the DC Network Strategy & Design along with day-to-day customer and consumer fulfillment operations across North America. He graduated from The Georgia Tech Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Management and was a member of the 1991 Division 1 National Football Champions.

Matt Guffey serves as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at UPS. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of UPS – accelerating business profitability and the growth and success of customers around the world. Colin Yankee serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Supply Chain Officer for Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO). He is responsible for the end to end supply chain, including merchandise planning, inventory management, vendor operations, transportation and distribution operations. Colin has broad supply chain experience, previously serving as the Vice President of Logistics at Neiman Marcus and in a variety of roles at Target Corporation. Prior to joining Target, Colin was a Captain in the United States Army. Colin graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, earned a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management degree from Michigan State University, and advanced management certification from Columbia Business School.

Hal Lawton has served as President and CEO of Tractor Supply Company since January 2020 and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Thomas serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Meijer, where he oversees the company’s Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations and Strategy. With three decades of leadership experience, he has held multiple supply chain roles at General Motors, Tractor Supply Company, and H-E-B before joining Meijer in 2015. Thomas earned his degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee and throughout his career has led multiple functions including inventory management, industrial engineering, network design and optimization, and large-scale distribution and logistics operations. Carson joined H-E-B in July 2017 as part of Supply Chain before transitioning to his current role, leading the Manufacturing, Warehouse and Transportation Division. Prior to H-E-B, Carson worked for Pella Corporation in Corporate and Plant Management roles for 10 years. Additionally, he worked for Target Corporation for 11 years leading their food supply chain and distribution.  Carson is a graduate of Coe College receiving his Accounting and Business Administration Degree. Chris Groves is vice president of Enterprise Fulfillment for Best Buy Co. Inc., a leading provider of technology products, services and solutions. In his current role, he is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously refining Best Buy’s Enterprise Fulfillment Strategy. Prior to his current role, Mr. Groves served as vice president of Demand Planning & Forecasting for the U.S. Domestic business. In this role, he was responsible for the optimization of inventory investments, aligned business solutions and new capability development. A reputation for strong working capital and free cash flow management principles, he continues to advocate for the appropriate balance of customer experience, shareholder return, and our employee experience.  Since joining Best Buy in 1997, Mr. Groves has served in a variety of roles in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Operations. Gurhan Kok is the founder and Chief Scientist of Invent.ai, an inventory, price and merchandise planning SaaS solution for retailers. Prior to founding Invent.ai, Gurhan was a tenured faculty member at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He received his Ph.D. in from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2003.

Mr. Bragg serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, a position which he was promoted to in 2016 after 25 years with Tailored Brands. Mr. Bragg joined the Company in June 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility in distribution, buying, and operations over the next decade before assuming the role of Vice President, Distribution in October 2005. From April 2007 to February 2011, Mr. Bragg served as SVP, Tuxedo Distribution. In March 2011, he was named Executive Vice President, Distribution. Jamie Symons is Vice President of Supply Chain Customer Operations for the North America Operating Unit, where she leads end to end product flow from manufacturing to customers and bottlers while driving operational efficiency and translating customer needs into supply chain action. With nearly 30 years at Coca Cola, she has held multiple senior leadership roles across Foodservice Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support, and Equipment & Parts Supply Chain. Jamie has led several large scale, high impact customer initiatives and currently serves on the RILA Supply Chain Advisory Board. She is deeply passionate about mentoring and developing others to help them achieve their career goals.

Chris Gaffney, former VP of Global Strategic Supply Chain at The Coca-Cola Company, now serves as The Managing Director of the Supply Chain and Logistics Institute at Georgia Tech. Chris is also a Principal at EDGE Supply Chain, offering expertise in supply chain consulting. In his 25 years at Coca-Cola, he held various leadership roles, including President of Coca-Cola Supply and SVP of Product Supply System Strategy. Chris was previously the President of the National Product Supply Group, a governing body responsible for 95% of volume produced in North America. Chris, a Georgia Tech alum, is also a board member of the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer. Outside work, he enjoys distance running, reading, and boxing.

Megan Santiago, VP of Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management, has worked at L.L.Bean for 15 years, started in Finance for the first 5 years and has been in Supply Chain ever since. Her work has spanned responsibility for product category financial planning, forecasting, buying, allocations and liquidations.  She is originally from NY, went to school at Providence College after which she got her CPA and MBA while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a financial auditor in Boston.

Kevin Kuntz is the Sr. Vice President, Logistics & Operations at Gap Inc., leading global logistics operations for all of Gap Inc's Customer Experience Centers, as well as it its Customer Contact Centers and Returns.  With a heavy focus on accelerating automation and transformation, Kevin oversees global processing, fulfillment, Returns processing and distribution across the company's entire omni channel network. During his 38 year career with Gap Inc., Kevin has executed end to end start-up operations to launch, expand and transform distribution centers internationally, including consulting on location and architectual design, onboarding and implementing automation capabilities, artifical intelligence and machine learning software, and driving efficiencies for materials handling and inventory management.  Driving significant Cost reductions in the fulfillment of both retail and on-line orders while improving speed and accuracy for the Customer. Kevin began his career at Gap Inc. at 17 years old as a seasonal merchandise handler at one of the company's distribution centers.  Since then, Kevin has held multiple roles of steadily increasing responsilbility and scope withn Gap Inc's logistics and transportation divisions. Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Thomas More University, and he resides in Gallatin, Tn, home of Gap Inc.'s largest Customer Experience Campus in North America.

Brittany Gallagher is the Senior Director of Supply Chain Asset Protection and Safety at Lowe’s, where she leads enterprise programs supporting more than 130 supply chain locations and over $100 billion in annual product flow. She is known for modernizing asset protection through advanced surveillance, analytics, and innovative security solutions, while also strengthening safety performance through strong people-focused leadership. A passionate advocate for her team, Brittany is committed to developing future leaders and driving results through collaboration and innovation, earning her recognition as The Hall’s 2025 LP Leader of the Year for her impact and leadership.

Michael Interlandi is a Regional Director of Asset Protection & Safety at Lowe’s, leading supply chain safety, security, and shrink programs. He has 13+ years of experience in investigations, compliance, security, and risk mitigation.

With over eight years of experience in learning and development, Keanau Ormson brings a proven track record of designing and delivering evidence-based training programs across industries including retail, supply chain, healthcare, and software development. He holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Georgia State University and specializes in applying research-driven approaches to adult learning, change management, and organizational readiness. Keanau’s career highlights reflect his ability to bridge strategy and execution in moments of significant organizational change. At Northside Hospital System, he played a key role in shaping the change and training plan for the Internal Medicine Residency Program during its transition to a new EHR following a major merger. At Peloton, he helped design and implement training for the deployment of Manhattan WMS and integrated change management practices directly into new-hire onboarding. Most recently, during his tenure at Activision, Keanau partnered with leaders of the Call of Duty development teams as they navigated the complexities of becoming a first-party Microsoft studio. His work as an internal training consultant supported teams through transformation, ensuring alignment between leadership goals and employee engagement. Having worked through three mergers and acquisitions, Keanau offers a broad perspective on how organizations can effectively align leadership, culture, and training strategies to drive adoption and performance. Jay Maurer is a Managing Director at Summit Advisory Team with over 25 years of experience in retail and supply chain strategy. He has been a trusted advisor for many Fortune 500 retailers on projects involving IT supply chain strategy, organizational change management, operational and business processes, and system implementations.

Hannah Testani is the CEO of Intelligent Audit, a leading provider of global freight audit, recovery, and AI-powered logistics optimization solutions. Since taking the helm in 2020, she has driven consistent growth and expanded the company’s enterprise client base. Prior to this role, she served as COO for over a decade, leading operational scale and strategic transformation.  Her leadership has earned industry-wide recognition, including accolades from Supply & Demand Chain Executive, McKinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, and The Enterprise World. 

John Naylor is the Chief Revenue Officer and one of the original team members of Trew. John has 30 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering industry-leading results including some of the largest and most complex solutions and program roll outs. He brings creativity with a customer first approach by understanding the client’s business, what is important to them, and what they need to be successful. In his role as CRO, John leads the sales, business development, and marketing teams with the goal to build lasting client  relationships and partnerships focused on Trew’s core value of “Winning Together.” John began his career in Canada on the integrator side of the industry learning the business through roles in inside sales, system design and engineering, project management, and installation. He moved to the US in 1999 and played a key role in the exponential growth of Mathews Conveyor, FKI Logistex, and Intelligrated through the development and management of numerous key programs and rollouts.  John joined Trew at its inception as a VP of Sales and along with his teammates helped drive rapid growth and brand recognition in the marketplace.

Oliver is the CEO of Transcend, Tesco Groups Retail Solutions business.  He was the Strategy and Transformation Director at Tesco, one of the largest retailers in the world, recently reporting sales of £61.5bn, employing over 330,000 people and trading in five countries. Oliver has many years of experience in the Fulfilment, Distribution and Supply Chain space and his passion lies in the eCommerce aspect of customer fulfilment and in grocery more specifically – known for its huge complexities.  His customer first approach focusses on creating future-proof businesses, which balance automation with humans, and efficiency with safety and sustainability, and puts the customer experience ahead of everything.  Oliver played a leading role in Tesco’s Covid response, in which Tesco were able to double the size of their online business in just six weeks, responding to the crisis at pace, ensuring Tesco’s customers, especially their most vulnerable, had access to groceries. Oliver has previously held several leadership roles in Amazon in Fulfilment, Operations and Supply Chain.  He studied Economics and Business in Germany, his home country, and holds a PhD in Statistics. 

As Vice President for International Trade, Sung advocates before Congress and the administration to advance the retail industry's trade policy agenda. As part of these efforts, Sung leads RILA’s International Trade and Customs Committee. Prior to joining RILA, Sung served as a senior advisor covering policy and executive communications at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), and earlier as a trade negotiator in the Office of Innovation and Intellectual Property. Sung also served as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel for International Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce and practiced law in private the private sector. Sung holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Nevada, Reno and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.

Sarah Gilmore, Director of Government Affairs, manages and supports government affairs responsibilities on supply chain and transportation issues that impact the retail industry in the legislative and executive branches. Prior to joining RILA, she worked at Airlines for America, where she advocated for the airline industry as it navigated extraordinary challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in her career, she worked at Crossroads Strategies and Capitol Strategies Partner, where she assisted on issues including but not limited to technology, privacy, and trade. Sarah received her M.A. in International Relations from the University of New South Wales in Australia and a B.A. in International Communications from Macquarie University in Sydney.

Yasemin is actively involved in the Consumer and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices at Boston Consulting Group. Her recent work with clients includes conducting the postmerger integration of two leading online luxury apparel retailers; a retail transformation study and implementation for an integrated telecommunications operator; a resdesign of the store concept for an incumbent teleco operator; and the design of the go-to-market strategy and field-force sizing for the Turkish subsidiary of a global fast-moving-consumer-goods company. Prior to joining BCG, Yasemin worked with OC&C Consulting and Peppers & Rogers Group as a management consultant supporting clients in retail, telecom, finance and private equity in Turkey and the Middle East.

Roelant Kalthof joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He leads the firm's work in AI pricing, value orchestration, and agentic commerce for B2C clients in industries such as retail, fashion, and luxury. He also helps leading companies with their broader AI and data strategy. In addition to strategic projects, Roelant is committed to building great AI products. He manages a cross-functional team of approximately 50 strategy consultants, data scientists, and engineers focused on building AI software that optimizes key decisions, such as pricing, promotions and store operations, for the world's largest retailers and fashion companies. Before joining BCG, Roelant was a Strategy & Operations Manager at Google, taught mathematics at a high school, and led a startup in the education space.

A man of vision who has a proven record of championship success, head coach Nick Saban returned the University of Alabama to the top of the college football landscape with his commitment to building the total program. After the victory over Ohio State in the 2021 College Football Playoff National Championship Game, Saban passed Paul “Bear” Bryant to become the only coach to win seven national titles in the poll era of college football. Saban’s uncompromising dedication to excellence in every phase of the program resulted in six national championships since 2009. A nine-time National Coach of the Year, Saban achieved resounding success as a head coach and earned a reputation as an outstanding tactician, leader, organizer, and motivator. Those qualities sparked impressive turnarounds at every stop of his career. Saban’s consistent approach and disciplined leadership are the reasons his teams are known for exhibiting grit, determination, and resilience, often overcoming adversity to achieve victory. The 2021 season proved to one of Saban’s best coaching jobs, taking a team that lost 10 players to the NFL Draft – including eight in the first 38 picks and six in the first round – and leading them to an SEC Championship. The 2021 squad also used a victory in the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Cotton Bowl to earn a spot in the 2022 CFP National Championship Game for the sixth time in the last seven seasons. The 2021 season saw the Crimson Tide win its eighth SEC Championship under Saban’s guidance with a dominating 41-24 win over No. 1 Georgia in Atlanta. The win earned Alabama it’s seventh College Football Playoff berth in eight years and a bid to the Cotton Bowl. The Tide dispatched of the Bearcats 27-6 in Dallas to advance to the National Championship where Georgia scored 20 fourth-quarter points for a come-from-behind 33-18 win in the CFP National Championship Game. Alabama finished with a 13-2 record and a No. 2 national ranking that included a 7-1 mark in SEC play. UA finished sixth nationally in scoring offense (39.9 ppg) and 18th in scoring defense (20.1 ppg) while ranking seventh in both total offense (488.2 ypg) and total defense (304.1 ypg). In his 28 seasons as a collegiate head coach, Saban compiled a 297-71-1 (.806) record, including a 206-29 (.877) mark in Tuscaloosa. His teams won 19 bowl/CFP games. Saban’s teams at Alabama have won nine SEC Championships while he has 11 SEC titles to his name (2001, 2003 at LSU) to go along with seven national championships (six at Alabama and one at LSU). Saban’s second season in Tuscaloosa in 2008, the Tide has played just three regular-season games in which it hasn’t been in contention for the national championship – the final three regular season games of the 2010 season – a staggering 163 of 166 games, while posting an astounding 176-19 (.903) record, including an 102-12 (.895) mark in regular season conference play. In Saban’s six national championship seasons at Alabama, his teams went 21-2 against top-10 opponents, and, since 2008, the Crimson Tide is 35-12 overall against top-10 teams. Alabama has also been ranked No. 1 in the Associated Press Poll for at least one week for 14 straight years, which broke the record of seven established by Miami (1986-92). In 1998, during their time at Michigan State University, Nick and Terry Saban established Nick's Kids Foundation in honor of the late Nick Saban, Sr. Since then, the Sabans have maintained and supported their charity throughout their careers at Louisiana State University, the Miami Dolphins and at the University of Alabama. As the official charity of the Saban Family, Nick and Terry invest their time in hosting luncheons, golf tournaments, scrimmages, and other events to benefit the cause. They are also active in the annual Giveaway Luncheon, which serves to distribute grants to support children, family, teacher and student causes. Nick and Terry also recently started the Saban Center, which is a first-of-itskind STEAM campus where education, experience, and innovation meet. It includes community partners at TCT and IGNITE, formerly Children's Hands-On Museum, plus public-private educational partnerships spanning the state of Alabama. Saban Center will be a hub for education training, arts participation and academic support for teachers and families alike. A native of Monongah, W. Va., Saban is a 1973 graduate of Kent State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business. He earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Kent State in 1975.

Amy Barnes is an admitted supply chain “super fan” who started her career as an administrative assistant for several logistics managers while working during the day and attending college at night. That initial supply chain role lit a fire around the love of all things supply chain as she learned the basics of transportation and customer service. She has intentionally worked in different roles throughout her career to have a more holistic view of the supply chain and has an “always be learning” mindset. She’s a big fan of HEART-based leadership and has utilized that approach to successfully lead teams through the challenges of COVID while overseeing more than $600M in logistics & indirect purchasing for a $6B company, which also included domestic & international transportation leadership through multiple natural disasters. These experiences served to greatly shape her appreciation for the supply chain’s impact on the retail experience. Amy is a 3-time recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Women in Supply Chain Award which honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.
