Plan to arrive at the hotel before 4:00 pm ET on Sunday, February 21, for the Welcome Reception from 5:00 – 6:30 pm.

Departure

For your return flight, we suggest a departure time after 2:00 pm ET to allow ample travel time following the post-conference workshop conclusion at 11:00 am.

Exhibitor Travel Information

Arrival

Exhibitor booth set-up hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET on Sunday, February 21, and 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Monday, February 22.

If you do not need to set up an exhibit space, plan to arrive at the hotel before 4:00 pm ET for the Welcome Reception from 5:00 – 6:30 pm.

Departure

Exhibitor move-out is available from 6:00 – 10:00 pm ET on Tuesday, February 23, and 8:00 – 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 24.
