When to fly in & out

The conference begins Wednesday, October 8 at 3:00 PM ET. Plan to arrive that morning or consider coming Tuesday for a smoother check-in and time to explore. We recommend scheduling your return flight after 2:30 PM to allow ample travel time following the conference conclusion at 12:30 PM.
