Retail attendees have full access to general sessions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, refreshments, and all on-site activities.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
All refund requests must be in writing. Contact RILA at registration@rila.org to request a refund. Refund requests will be subject to the following deadlines:
- Cancellation requests received by Friday, August 15, 2025, 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received between Saturday, August 16, and Friday, September 26, 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund, less a 50% administrative fee.
- After September 26, registrations will not be refunded.
Attendees may transfer their registration to another employee until the first day of the conference using the registration portal. After that, transfers must be done onsite at the registration desk.
Company/Group pricing is only available to retailer and/or consumer product manufacturer member companies. No refunds will be provided for group packages (e.g., cancellations, reduction in attendees, unused seats are not eligible for a refund). Registrations in the group package may be transferred to other employees of the company until the first day of the conference.
No refunds are available for cancelled complimentary or paid Law Firm Partner registration tickets. To cancel, modify, or to make changes to your registration, contact your company's point of contact. If you have questions regarding your Law Firm's registration allotment, contact Holden Schachte.
