Located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, the Loews Kansas City Hotel will serve as the official host hotel for the Retail Law Conference. All conference programming, networking events, and meetings will take place on-site at the Loews, creating a seamless experience for attendees to connect, learn, and engage throughout the event without needing to travel between venues.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Power & Light District, T-Mobile Center, KC Streetcar, and other popular downtown destinations.

RILA Preferred Hotel Rate

RILA attendees receive a discounted preferred rate of $259 per night, plus applicable taxes, when booking through RILA’s official hotel block. Discounted rates are available until the cutoff date or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. After that time, standard hotel rates may apply.

Guest room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, and a one-night deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, the hotel's policy requires guests to do so by 4 pm local time, 72 hours before arrival, to receive a refund.
