Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
All refund requests must be in writing. Contact RILA at registration@rila.org to request a refund. Refund requests will be subject to the following deadlines:
- Cancellation requests received by Friday, August 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received between Saturday, August 15, and Friday, September 25, 11:59 PM ET will receive a refund, less a 50% administrative fee.
- After September 25, registrations will not be refunded.
Attendees may transfer their registration to another employee through the registration portal until the first day of the conference. After that, transfers must be done onsite at the registration desk.
Company/Group pricing is available only to retailers and/or consumer product manufacturers. No refunds will be provided for group packages (e.g., cancellations, reductions in attendees, unused seats).
Registrations in the group package may be transferred to other company employees until the first day of the conference. After that, transfers must be done onsite at the registration desk.
Law Firm Partner Registration
No refunds will be provided for any Law Firm Partner canceled or unused registrations. To cancel, modify, or to make changes to your registration, contact your company's point of contact.
