When to fly in & out
Arrival
The conference kicks off with the Opening Remarks and General Session at 2:30 PM CT on Wednesday, October 14th. We recommend arriving early on Wednesday to ensure you're settled and ready for the start of the conference.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM CT. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but the hotel is happy to store your luggage until your room is available.
Committee & Member Meetings
Arrive on Tuesday, October 13th, to allow extra time before committee meetings begin on Wednesday. Please review your committee meeting start times below.
Departure
The conference concludes Friday, October 17th, at 12:30 PM CT. To allow sufficient time for transportation to the airport, we recommend booking departure flights no earlier than 3:00 PM CT.
