Suggested Arrival
The full experience begins Saturday afternoon, January 30, 2027. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for relaxed opening activities and community-building moments on Saturday and Sunday. The formal CEO program begins Monday morning and continues through Tuesday.
Suggested Departure
The Forum ends on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, at 11:30 AM ET. We recommend a flight departing after 2:00 PM ET to allow enough time for hotel check-out and transportation to the airport. Expect an updated itinerary with additional details on group activities and program announcements.
Palm Beach International Airport (PBI)
Palm Beach International Airport is the closest and most convenient commercial airport to the Forum venue. PBI offers nonstop service from major U.S. cities and provides a smooth arrival experience for executives and speakers. The resort is approximately 20 minutes from the airport by car.
Boca Raton Airport (BCT)
Boca Raton Airport is a popular choice for private and charter flights, offering multiple fixed-base operators and executive services. Located approximately 35 minutes from the resort, it provides flexibility for attendees traveling via private aviation.
North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport (F45)
North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport serves private and corporate aircraft and is well-suited for chartered or executive jet travel. This airport offers a quieter, streamlined arrival option and is approximately 30 minutes from the resort.
