When to fly in & out
Suggested Arrival
The full experience begins Saturday afternoon, January 30th. Attendees are encouraged to arrive for relaxed opening activities and community-building moments woven throughout the weekend. The formal CEO program begins Monday morning and continues through Tuesday.
Suggested Departure
The Forum program ends on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, at 11:30 AM PT. We recommend a flight departing after 2:00 PM PT to allow enough time for hotel check-out and transportation to the airport.
