RILA RATE
RILA’s preferred rate is $309.00 per night, plus tax and a discounted daily resort fee of $24 (exclusive to conference attendees). This rate is available until the cutoff date or until the room block sells out—whichever comes first. Booking through RILA’s official hotel block (linked in your confirmation email) guarantees access to these discounts.
Room Block Cutoff: Friday, September 12
The conference begins Wednesday, October 10 at 3:00 PM ET. Plan to arrive that morning or consider coming Tuesday for a smoother check-in and time to explore. We recommend scheduling your return flight after 2:30 PM to allow ample travel time following the conference conclusion at 12:30 PM.
Committee & Council Meetings
Arrive Tuesday, October 8th in the evening for easy badge pickup before your committee meeting(s) on Wednesday morning. Check your meeting start times below.
Third-Party Housing Companies
RILA does not work with any third parties for hotel reservations, and no company should contact you to solicit hotel reservations. Should you be contacted by any third-party housing companies, please note that they are not affiliated, authorized, or recommended by RILA. Many are known to engage in fraudulent practices. If you are contacted, please contact us right away, and do not make reservations through these companies. All hotel reservations should be made by you directly with the hotel through the hotel reservation link provided on your conference registration confirmation email.
