RILA HOTEL ROOM PREFERRED RATE
RILA has reserved a block of guestrooms starting at $285 plus tax per night. The rate includes daily housekeeping, wireless internet, and use of the fitness center. RILA's preferred rate is available until September 18, 2024 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. After this date, attendees are subject to publicly advertised room rates.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
To secure your reservation, a one-night deposit is required. This card will only be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. Otherwise, it will be used as a room deposit and applied towards your final bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must cancel by 4pm local time, 72 hours before your arrival date to avoid a penalty fee of one night's room and tax.

We suggest arriving early on Wednesday, October 9th. This allows time to check in at the hotel and collect your conference badge before the Welcome and Opening General Session begins at 1:00 PM.

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM, and early check-in isn't guaranteed. However, bags may be checked via concierge service if your room is not immediately available.

The conference ends on Friday, October 11 at 10:15am. We recommend departing no sooner than 2:00 pm to allow enough time for transportation to the airport. Yom Kippur begins at sundown on Friday, October 11. All conference sessions will conclude Friday morning to ensure attendees observing the holiday have adequate time to travel home.
