Retail Litigation Center

Directed by the chief legal officers of the country's leading retail companies, the Retail Litigation Center (RLC) is the only organization dedicated to advocating the retail industry's perspective in those judicial proceedings that are most important to the retail community.

Lend Your Voice. With a membership that already includes many of the country’s largest and most innovative retailers, the RLC was formed to provide courts with retail industry perspectives on significant legal issues, and highlight the potential industry-wide consequences of legal principles that may be determined in pending cases.

Educate. The RLC co-hosts the annual Retail Law Conference with the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). The Retail Law Conference is the only educational event dedicated to the retail industry's corporate legal community, providing tailored education and opportunities to meet the leading lawyers in the industry.

Join. The Retail Litigation Center is a 501(c)(6) membership association and membership is open to all retailers, as well as to related legal service providers. Retail members help us give voice to the retail industry in legal proceedings. For membership information, contact Cassandra Horton (cassandra.horton@rila.org).
