The RLC is a 501(c)(6) membership association created to help support the retail industry in response to an increase in litigation impacting retail.
Lend Your Voice. With a membership that already includes many of the country’s largest and most innovative retailers, the RLC was formed to provide courts with retail industry perspectives on significant legal issues, and highlight the potential industry-wide consequences of legal principles that may be determined in pending cases.
Educate. To further educate and support the retail legal community, the RLC co-hosts the annual Retail Law Conference, in conjunction with the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA).
Join. Corporate membership is open to all retailers and other retail-focused entities, including legal service providers.Yearly membership dues are based on annual sales and are tax deductible—check with your tax advisor for further details. For membership information, contact Tripp Taylor (tripp.taylor@rila.org).
