Canaday v. Anthem

The Retail Litigation Center joined the Chamber Litigation Center on an amicus brief explaining the strong interest that national businesses have in ensuring that all plaintiffs, not just original named plaintiffs, meet the prerequisites for specific personal jurisdiction in Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions. The Sixth Circuit agreed.
