Below is a summary of key policy areas and legislation we’re watching closely. 

Combatting Organized Retail Crime & Cargo Theft 

Combatting Organized Retail Crime Act (CORCA): Would establish a federal coordination center within DHS to support investigations and recovery of stolen goods.

Cargo Theft Legislation: Bipartisan efforts aim to enhance penalties, close jurisdictional gaps, and modernize enforcement tools.
