RILA Increases Supply Chain Focus with New Hire

The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) is pleased to announce Sarah Gilmore has joined the association as its new director of supply chain.

Gilmore joins RILA after working at Airlines for America, where she advocated for the airline industry as it navigated extraordinary challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to working at Airlines for America, she gained experience at Crossroads Strategies and Capital Strategies Partners.

At RILA, Gilmore’s focus will be on policy improvements needed to modernize U.S. supply chains.

“Supply chain challenges and opportunities are paramount for the retail industry and RILA members. Sarah will work closely with RILA’s supply chain operations experts to convey to policy makers real world examples on complicated supply chain issues,” said Austen Jensen, RILA executive vice president of government affairs. “Sarah’s enthusiasm and crisis experience will serve her well as she works to educate policy makers on behalf of America’s leading retailers. We are delighted for her to join the RILA team and start advocating for our members.”
