RILA Grows State Government Affairs Team

“RILA’s work at the state and local level on behalf of our members has always been an important component of our overall advocacy efforts. But this past year we saw just how vital it is to collaborate with policymakers in the states to ensure retailers’ voice is heard on key issues,” said RILA Executive Vice President, State Affairs & Communications Jason Brewer. “Patrick has rich experience with many of the policy areas top of mind for retailers today, many of which are being legislated locally. We’re excited to have him onboard and know our members will find great value in his expertise and support.”
Prior to joining RILA, Brady was a Director, Policy Engagement at the Society for Human Resource Management, managing their labor and employment, civil rights, and workforce development legislative portfolio. He is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a BA in Political Science and Minors in Economics and Criminal Justice.
His first day with RILA is today, February 1, 2021.
