Comments on the Prohibition of Children’s Toys and Child

The Toy Industry Association, Retail Industry Leaders Association and National Retail Federation (together “Respondents”) respectfully submit the following comments to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or the Commission), regarding the proposed rule on the Prohibition of Children’s Toys and Child Care Articles Containing Specified Phthalates, Docket No CPSC-2014-0033.
