Comments on Extension of Section 301 List 1 Exclusions

RILA strongly urges the Administration to extend the exclusions for at least 12 months. A 12 month extension of the exclusions is a quick and efficient way to provide certainty for the retail industry, help the American economy as it reopens, and ensure Americans have access to the goods they need during these unprecedented times.
