5 Things Not to Miss at LINK2020

RILA’s Retail Supply Chain Conference Features Packed Agenda

Hundreds of retail supply chain executives are set to converge in Dallas, TX for LINK2020: The Retail Supply Chain Conference, February 23-26. RILA is busy putting the final touches on the agenda and making sure everything is set for what is sure to be one of our best events to date. Whether you’re already registered to join us, or still on the fence about packing your bags, we’re pulling out five things at LINK2020 you won’t want to miss.

Keynote: Chip Bergh, President & Chief Executive Officer, Levi Strauss & Co.

Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the world's largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Chip Bergh took the helm as president and CEO in 2011, and successfully drove strategies that turned around the company’s performance and set the stage for success over the long term. Throughout the process and last year’s IPO Bergh preached a relentless adherence to the concept of “profits through principles,” both in and beyond the business. While establishing and executing industry leading sustainability programs on climate, water, and workers, the company has also taken strong positions on LGBTQ equality, support for the Dreamers, and gun violence prevention, among other issues of the day. As the company has returned to growth, Bergh has kept the company focused on innovation, opening its Eureka Innovation Lab near its San Francisco headquarters; reducing its reliance on wholesalers with direct e-commerce and branded store sales; and leading a renewed focus on women’s clothing.
