The RILA Retail Advisor – Accelerating Program Performance

The RILA Retail Advisor is a free interactive benchmarking platform that helps retailers optimize their management programs to reduce risk and improve performance. Retailers can use the customized guidance and benchmarking to cost-effectively evaluate programs and set goals for program improvement. The Advisor is free for retail companies. 

There are 3 Advisor modules for different retail programs: Environmental Compliance, Energy Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. The modules all work the same but are independent of each other and different retail teams will use the different modules.
