Bill Hutchinson is chief supply chain officer and senior vice president at Sears Holdings. In this role, Bill is responsible for all aspects of the company's supply chain, including distribution, transportation, customs compliance and global sourcing.
Prior to Sears Holdings, Bill served as vice president of global fulfillment and logistics for Dell, Inc. in Round Rock, Texas and spent seven years with the company in logistics roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to that, he held the role of vice president, logistics and supply chain, with Best Buy Company, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Bill also served as vice president, logistics and transportation, for Rite Aid Corporation from 2002 to 2005 and held supply chain roles with Accenture, Commerx and Andersen Consulting.
Bill received a master's of business administration in Logistics and Transportation/Marketing, from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tenn., and bachelor of science degrees in Economics and Finance, from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. He serves on the Executive MBA Advisory Council for the University of Tennessee Supply Chain program.
