CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must cancel by January 29, 2024, to prevent the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits will only be refunded for cancellations made on or before January 29, 2024. Cancellations received after this date will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Alternate Nearby Hotels
While all conference activities and programming will occur at the Gaylord Texan, the Courtyard Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine and the Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossings are available as alternative hotels. And are only located approximately 1.9 miles away from the convention center.
