- COVID-19 Safety
RILA is requiring all in-person conference registrants to be vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 prior to securing your registration badge and participating in conference activities. We will keep attendees informed about what to expect on-site in Dallas through updates to the website and emails as we get closer to the event. Ensuring the safety of our attendees at LINK22: The Supply Chain Conference is a priority for us.
What do I need to bring with me for entry?
RILA is committed to the safety of all attendees at LINK2022: The Retail Supply Chain Conference, and has instituted a mandatory negative COVID test requirement OR proof of COVID vaccine for all LINK attendees. We have partnered with Health Pass by CLEAR to provide easy proof of COVID negative test or vaccination for safe, fast entry into our events. Use of the CLEAR app is not mandatory, but is recommended to expedite your check-in process and reduce crowding at registration for your safety. However, proof of vaccination, or negative PCR test within 72 hours of check-in is required to attend.
Full vaccination means at least 2 weeks have passed since your second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
LINK22 will be using Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app. By completing your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of time, you will expedite your check-in and entry! Download and enroll here: https://www.clearme.com/mobileapp
Every attendee should enroll with CLEAR before the event to complete their COVID-19 pre-screening. Once your vaccination record or negative COVID test has been uploaded to the platform, it can typically take up to 30 minutes for your status to be verified. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before the event.
What is the cancelation policy?
Cancellation requests received between Saturday, December 4, and Friday, February 11, 11:59 PM ET will receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee.

You can transfer your registration online. Visit the conference registration portal and log-in with your RILA.org account. Once you are logged-in, you should see "Manage Registration".
