Companies that purchase an Education Conference Group Pricing Package will be contacted in the Fall to sign-up up to three senior legal team members for the RLAW Leadership Summit.

Company/Group pricing is only available to retailer and/or product manufacturer member companies. Seats may only be used by employees of the company and must register using their work email address. Once an group registration has been processed, we are unable to change your group tier.

No partial refunds will be provided for corporate group pricing (e.g. unused seats are not eligible for any type of refund). Cancellations and refunds for the entire legal team group price is available until Friday, October 8. Note that this will cancel all registrations linked to the group registration.

aw firms and service providers are the companies that provide goods or services to the retail industry for use by the company, their stores, or their legal departments. Registration Confirmations

All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via email. Attendees will receive information on how to access the digital conference platform before the event. This email will include instructions on how to access the platform, setup your networking profile, and troubleshooting any technical issues before the start of the event. 

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

We understand the schedule demands of top executives, so register today knowing that, if your plans change, may be eligible for a full refund until Friday, October 8, 2021. Partial refunds for corporate group registrations is not available. Cancellations received on or after October 8, 2021, are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual at the same company. All cancellations must be in writing. Applicable refunds will be refunded to the credit card(s) used. If a credit card was not used, RILA will issue a single refund check made out to the company. If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to this card. RILA will refund by check if the original payment was issued by check or wire transfer. For more information, contact

Returning Attendees

System Requirements for Online Registration
The online registration system works best with the most recent stable version of the Chrome browser. The online registration system also supports the most recent stable versions of Firefox, Safari (version 5 and up), and Opera. Internet explorer is not recommended, as the system will only work with Version 10 and up. 

RILA/RLC Retail Law Conference Hardship Policy

Program registrants who are unable to afford continuing legal education program course registration fees due to financial hardship may petition for registration fee waivers or discounted program fees.  A petition for a reduced fee shall be filed at the same time the attorney pre-registers for the program, and state why the normal fee associated with the program causes the lawyer’s financial hardship.  The petition must be signed by the lawyer.

The Retail Industry Leaders Association’s registration coordinator may waive or reduce the fee for the CLE program at his or her discretion. For courses with registration fees over $500, attorneys who qualify will receive a 50% reduction in course registration fees. Please contact Jenny Keehan ( for more information.
