RILA members have expressed the strong desire to return to in-person conferences and events, and RILA is excited to play a critical role providing the forums they need to network with one another, learn from their peers and industry experts, and connect with solutions providers that can assist in their success.
That is why we are so excited to bring you the Retail Asset Protection Conference in person! We can’t wait to see you again face-to-face!
RILA is committed to do our part in providing as safe an environment as possible for our members, attendees, and staff, but we need your help. If you plan to attend, we trust that you will share in our goal of creating the safest environment possible by observing the following:

Vaccinations Recommended

Begin your travel to the event only after you are fully vaccinated, unless you have a medical or religious reason that would prevent you from doing so. (Fully vaccinated means at least 2 weeks have passed since your second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.)
Mask Up

RILA will follow the local and national guidance on masks that is current at the time of the conference. As of July 27, the CDC recommends that all people, regardless of vaccination status, should wear face coverings in indoor public settings in areas of high transmission. Therefore, all attendees will be required to wear masks while indoors at RILA-sponsored events.
Reduced Capacities

RILA will limit the capacities for all our events and venues to no more than 50% of maximum capacity in each room.
Health Check

RILA will ask all attendees to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms or exposure throughout the conference and to confirm no symptoms before showing up each day. Do not enter the RILA event space if you have any symptoms of any Coronavirus/COVID-19 or any other contagious infections spread mainly from inter-personal contact.

Commitment to Clean

The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, in conjunction with the venue's medical advisory partner Vanderbilt University Medical Center, have implemented extensive health and safety cleanliness standards. Read the full guidelines here.
Attendee Duty of Care

Attendees at RILA events understand that they have a duty of care to comply with all guidelines adopted by RILA pursuant to recommendations of the CDC, local government agencies and the conference venue. See our full Conference Policies.
Questions Onsite?
Call the hotel’s guest services line or see the RILA Team at our information desk in the City Hall Lobby of the convention center.

As throughout the pandemic, we are all in this together. Thank you for assisting RILA in holding as safe an event as possible, so that we can all enjoy important industry gatherings again!

While RILA has always had flexible cancellation and refund policies for our conferences, we've relaxed our policies even more, this year. This means you can take advantage of those early year budgets by securing your spot for the Retail Asset Protection Conference. If you need to transfer or cancel your registration, for any reason, you can receive a full refund as late as July 30. View the full conference policies page.
