Director, MarketingLaura Gaske creates strategic, integrated marketing campaigns to grow RILA’s conferences and bring together retail leaders from across the country. Laura manages all elements of the conferences’ campaigns from strategic insights, user experience, data analysis, and innovative copywriting and graphic design ideas and concepts.
Prior to joining RILA, Laura was the senior marketing manager at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership managing their large-scale event and conference marketing, new product launches, and new technology implementation within the marketing department. She is known for obtaining record breaking attendance goals for some of ASAE’s largest events including ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition, Xperience Design Project (XDP), ASAE Great Ideas Conference, and many more.
Laura is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a BS in Journalism and Mass Communication, and a minor in English. She has won awards for her marketing campaigns through Association Media & Publishing’s Excel Awards, winning best in show and gold for her 2016 ASAE Annual Meeting Campaign.
