Coordinator, CSR & Supply Chain
Carmelina Palmer, is the Coordinator for the Corporate Social Responsibility and Supply Chain portfolios. She supports initiatives pertaining to Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Responsible Sourcing, and the Energy Management Committees in addition to ESG engagement activities.
Prior to joining RILA, Carmelina worked with mission driven non-profits domestically and internationally on social issues including building resilient democracies, women and gender rights, and protecting at-risk human rights advocates.
Carmelina holds a B.A. in Human Rights and Middle Eastern Studies from Barnard College and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia School of International and Public Affairs. For her Master’s capstone project, Carmelina consulted with the International Labour Organization’s Better Work Program to support migrant workers in Jordan’s garment industry.
