ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.

Because a strategic approach to energy management can produce twice the savings — for the bottom line and the environment — as typical approaches, EPA’s ENERGY STAR partnership offers a proven energy management strategy that helps in measuring current energy performance, setting goals, tracking savings, and rewarding improvements.

The WasteWise Endorser Program engages State and local government agencies, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, and businesses to help educate their constituents about the benefits of reducing solid waste.
By joining WasteWise, Endorsers demonstrate their environmental leadership and play a pivotal role in conserving our natural resources and preventing pollution.

SmartWay^SM Transport is an innovative collaboration between EPA and the freight sector designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas and air pollutant emissions, and improve energy security.

Companies that participate in SmartWay Transport programs save money, reduce fuel consumption and are recognized for their social responsibility and leadership.

Retailer Energy Alliance: The U.S. Department of Energy’s Retailer Energy Alliance is a collaborative force that aims to change the energy performance of business operations throughout the United States — rapidly and dramatically. Members of the Retailer Energy Alliance (REA), in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), are forging innovative pathways to reduce the energy costs,greenhouse gas emissions, and overall operating risks of retail businesses. REA members benefit from real-time access to advanced technologies emerging from the DOE and the national energy laboratories and have the opportunity to help identify new or underused energy eficiency measures and advance them in the marketplace.
