Reservations:RILA has reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center for conference participants. Room reservations can be made directly with the hotel at (407) 586-2000 or by using the following link Gaylord Palms Resort - RILA Logistics 2010. Mention Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) to receive our association rate of $219, plus a $10 resort fee. This rate is available on a first-come, space available basis through January 24, 2010. Please note that if you cancel your conference registration, you will need to cancel your hotel reservation as rooms under the RILA block are for conference participants only.

Maximize your exhibit hall experience - invest in Lead Retrieval! Lead Retrieval will scan the bar codes on the badges of the retailers and product manufacturers who visit your booth. After the conference, a list that includes their name, company, title, address, phone number, and emails will be generated for you.
