Today, Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) President Sandy Kennedy released the following statement congratulating Janet Dhillon, executive vice president of Burlington Stores, on her nomination to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Dhillon has served as general counsel of two RILA member companies, as well as the first president of RILA’s sister organization, the Retail Litigation Center (RLC).
