ATTENTION ALL RETAILERS: Deadline for Class Action in Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation Extended through September 15
If you’re a potential Class Member in the Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation, the deadline to receive benefits from the Settlement has been extended to September 15, 2008. You MUST file a claim before this date or you will NOT be eligible to receive any benefits from this settlement and your checks will be forfeited.

As a reminder - if you or your company accepted MasterCard or Visa-branded credit cards or debit cards as payment for goods or services from October 25, 1992 to June 21, 2003, you or your company could be eligible to participate in a class action settlement called:  In re Visa Check/MasterMoney Antitrust Litigation, also known as: Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. et al. v. Visa U.S.A. Inc. and MasterCard International, Inc.
