Human Resources Committees 

The retail industry is the nation’s second largest employer, and RILA members employ millions of American workers in their stores, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. RILA and its members are dedicated to working with policymakers at all levels of government to find ways to promote quality jobs in the retail industry, allow for productive employee-employer relations, and address our nation’s health care challenges.

Human resources executives participating on RILA councils and committees will benefit from:

• Forums where members can discuss operational practices and concerns, and pragmatic solutions to challenges
