Every RILA member company offers health care coverage to employees through ERISA* self-insured plans. Retailers widely encourage and often offer incentives for employees to voluntarily participate in wellness programs – and many have established worksite health care clinics for employees.

3. On-Site Clinics Provide Convenient Care Access
   Large retailers are increasingly offering and operating worksite clinics. Staffed by highly trained individuals, worksite clinics help with disease management, conduct throat cultures, administer allergy shots, or treat everyday illnesses like the flu.
