*All registration rates listed are per person. Please use the paper registration form to receive the group discounts. Online registrations will not deduct group discounts.
All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Things happen. If you register but can no longer join us, cancel by December 16, 2016 for a 90% refund. From December 16 until January 3, 2017, you’ll get a 50% refund. Cancellations received on January 4, 2017 or later are non-refundable, but you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at any time, with no fee. Send us an email to cancel or request a transfer. All refunds will come by check and may take a few weeks, but we’ll do our best to get it to you promptly.
