By participating in one of these non-profit opportunities, your organization agrees:

There will be no on-site promotion of your organization's events, conferences, trade shows, etc. You agree that your organization is there to promote its position in the industry, its membership benefits, etc., and not to solicit participation from sponsors, exhibitors or attendees for your organization's events.

Your organization will promote the RSC 2012 event participation on your organization's homepage or on it's event page.

Your organization is required to send out one dedicated email to its retail database, or another RILA-approved promotion of the event to your members.
