RILA's Retail Sustainability Conference is open to executives from retail and consumer product manufacturing companies. All others, such as service provider companies, must either exhibit/sponsor or get prior approval from RILA to attend by emailing
ashley.vandebunte@rila.org. Members of the press may not attend.

All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is requested before July 30, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between July 20, 2012, and September 5, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received on or after September 5, 2012, are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing.
