Confirmations
All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is requested on or before September 21, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between September 21, 2012 and October 26, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received on or after October 26, 2012 are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing. Refund requests for two or more individuals from the same company will be refunded with one check made out to the company.

Rates for RILA will be $169.00 and group rates will be honored from November 3-12, 2012, based upon availability. The room rate includes access to the health club, daily maid service (but not gratuities), high speed wireless internet access in sleeping rooms, and complimentary self-parking. Registrations can be made online. The cut-off date will 5:00 pm, CST on Friday, October 19, 2012. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
