RILA Logistics 2012 will be on February 19-22, 2012, at the Gaylord Palms in Dallas, Texas.
2012 booth selection will be taking place on-site at the 2011 conference on Tuesday, February 22, in the room Tampa 3 in the Gaylord Palms. Make sure your company has a representative present to select your space. Last year's event nearly sold out on-site!
Companies who wish to return with a booth space, without sponsorship, in 2012 will select their booth space according to their priority points group. Sponsorship level selection times and priority point selection group assignments and times are listed in the selection kit below. Please note that Launch Pads are for first-time exhibitors only. If your company participated in a Launch Pad this year, you will need to select a standard booth space and/or sponsorship.

Exhibitors and sponsors at the 2011 event who are prepared to commit to a sponsorship level in 2012 will receive the first opportunities to select booth space for 2012, giving your comapny better booth selection availability. Companies wishing to sponsor in 2012 should show up during the time slot for the sponsorship level they would like to commit to in 2012. Sponsorship opportunities can be viewed here.
