Conference Transfer & Cancellation Policy:
Transfer Policy: Invitations to The Leadership Forum are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received by December 31, 2012, will be refunded in full. All reservations must be made by December 21, 2012 but rooms may sell out before this date. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

As visitors round the final coastal bend before Terranea, they are met with a breathtaking sight: an oceanfront resort surrounded on three sides by the Pacific Ocean with Catalina Island across the channel. Conference Attire:
Business casual clothing is appropriate for most conference activities. Resort casual is appropriate for the opening cocktail reception; business or cocktail attire for the Monday night dinner event.

Average January temperatures in Los Angeles range from 49-67 degrees, and meeting rooms are often cool.

Airport Information:
There are two airports serving Terranea. The resort is located 20 miles south of the Los Angeles International Airport and 20 miles north of the Long Beach Airport.
