Confirmations
All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is requested between January 1, 2012 and March 6, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received on or after March 7, 2012, are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing.

*RILA will apply for CLE credit in all jurisdictions for relevant conference sessions. All sessions may not be approved for credit depending on jurisdiction.

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, space available basis, and may sell out before that date.
