RILA is about working with the leaders of the companies that are making things happen in retail today.
As a retail member, you can become immediately involved in RILA's public policy, retail operations and educational events committees. Retail membership also offers senior level executives, within their respective fields in the industry, the opportunity to participate in on Leaders Councils - a forum for retailers to meet and discuss the top issues affecting their areas of interest. Leaders Councils provide an open environment for sharing and learning among industry leaders, and offer the best way for you to get involved with your peers and the RILA staff.

To become a retail member, a company must conduct retail operations and sell directly to the end consumer. RILA reserves the right to determine which companies qualify and under which category. Retail membership is based on annual revenue.

RILA also offers a Retail Premier Membership for those companies that wish to play an enhanced role in setting the strategic direction and priority of the association, particularly with regard to public policy and retail operations. Members choosing to join the Premier Membership pay flat dues of $350,000 a year.
