David is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. Prior to joining Jo-Ann in 2005, Dave was vice president, general counsel and secretary of W.W. Holdings, LLC, a privately held company in the commercial door, frame and hardware manufacturing and distribution business. Prior to that, Dave had a career of more than 20 years with TRW Inc., a major space and defense contractor and automotive systems supplier which is now part of Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he was vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary.
Dave started his legal career as an associate with the law firm of Arent, Fox, Kintner, Plotkin and Kahn, in Washington, DC. He is also a trustee of College Now Greater Cleveland, a college access program serving Northeast Ohio residents seeking to obtain a college education.
