Senator Johnny Isakson

Sen. Isakson (R-GA) is a member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee and the Senate author of the “Representation Fairness Restoration Act,” designed to reverse the NLRB’s Specialty Healthcare case decision. He was first elected to Congress in 1999 to the House of Representatives for the first of three terms before being elected to the U.S. Senate in 2004. He was re-elected to the Senate in 2010. Sen.
