Worked with president and senior team on strategic plan that resulted in growing the association’s revenue 68 percent from 2004 to 2008.

Leads the team at RILA that has been responsible for:

• Increasing revenue from educational programs more than 40 percent from 2004 to 2008
  
• Replacing 35 percent of the association’s revenue, once generated by a trade show, by creating and executing more educational and action-oriented member and sponsorship opportunities
  
• Building RILA’s “Partner” sponsorship program from a zero-base in 2004 to more than $1 million in 2008
  
• Establishing RILA’s Leadership Forum as a premier annual event for retail CEOs and other top executives
  
• Growing RILA’s retail membership from its traditional base of discount retailers to today’s retail leadership position with the largest and most successful retail companies, including seven of the top 10 U.S. retailers

Jenny Keehan is an experienced RILA executive. She’s been with the association since 1988 and has been instrumental in RILA’s growth and transformation into an organization that provides executives from the world’s largest retail companies both unique educational forums and effective public policy advocacy. During her tenure at RILA, Keehan has held positions in government affairs, conferences, communications, marketing and membership. Today, she is a member of RILA’s senior team and is responsible for developing and executing RILA’s revenue-generating businesses, primarily membership and conferences, as well as key operational functions, including marketing, membership, meetings and communications. As a member of the senior team, she helps set RILA’s strategic direction.

Keehan is a member of the board of directors of Students in Free Enterprise and is a “Champion” of the Network of Executive Women.
