Carrie Hoffman

Carrie Hoffman represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including defending companies nationwide against all forms of federal and state wage and hour laws, discrimination, and wrongful termination actions, including the FLSA, Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and the FMLA. Ms. Hoffman additionally counsels employers in resolving employee issues before they result in litigation, analyzes company practices, policies, provides training to employers on sexual harassment and wage and hour matters and conducts investigations into allegations of discrimination. She also handles matters with various government agencies involving OSHA, discrimination and wage and hour matters. Ms. Hoffman also analyzes employment issues in asset and stock purchase transactions as well as negotiates and drafts employment, non-competition and severance agreements.

Ms. Hoffman was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas in 2004 by D magazine and, since 2003, has been named annually as a Texas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Media Inc.
