LPAS 2009 - Serious Business Education with Real ROI
The Retail Industry Leaders Association’s (RILA) 2009 Loss Prevention Auditing and Safety Conference, which concluded May 6, was a incredible success.
More than 700 retailers, manufacturers and service providers rallied in Orlando, Florida, for the four day event to share their perspectives on the top issues facing loss prevention including: organized retail crime, retail threat assessment, global loss prevention strategies and managing in a down economy. Attendees heard from industry experts such as Marvin Ellison, executive vice president of U.S. stores for The Home Depot and legendary Los Angeles Chief of Police Bill Bratton. The conference closed with a free seminar on telephone interviewing presented by Wicklander-Zulawski.

Confirmations:All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail. Cancellation & Refund Policy: If a cancellation is requested by March 15, 2009, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between March 15 and April 15, 2009, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received after April 15, 2009 are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing.
