All others, such as service provider companies, must either exhibit or get prior approval from RILA to attend by emailing ashley.vandebunte@rila.org.  Members of the press may not attend.

Confirmations
All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is requested by February 20, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between February 20, 2012, and April 6, 2012, RILA will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received after April 6, 2012, are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. Business cards and a photo i.d. are required for all on-site registrations, transfers and swaps. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing. Refund requests for two or more individuals from the same company will be refunded with one check made out to the company.
